2. Products

This website offers original artworks, Fine Art prints, workshops and other artistic creations.

Each product is presented with a description intended to provide the most accurate information possible. Due to variations in screen settings, colours may appear slightly different from those of the physical artwork.

Original artworks are unique pieces. Fine Art prints, limited editions and open editions are produced according to the specifications stated in the product description.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Euros (€).

Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes where required by law and exclude shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the customer receives an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing information or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers available on the website.

We do not store customers' payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or commissioned artworks;

• Personalised creations;

• Gift cards;

• Any products exempted under applicable legislation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

9. Intellectual Property

All artworks, photographs, images, texts, designs, graphics and other content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of FLORI F., unless otherwise stated.

The purchase of an artwork, Fine Art print, workshop or any other product does not transfer any copyright, reproduction right, distribution right, adaptation right, commercial exploitation right or any other intellectual property right to the purchaser.

No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, stored, downloaded, extracted, repurposed or otherwise used without prior written permission from FLORI F.

In particular, the use of any content from this website for machine learning, artificial intelligence training, generative AI systems, data mining, automated data collection, web scraping, crawling, indexing for AI datasets, computer vision systems or the creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of the content, artworks or images displayed on this website may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FLORI F. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes rights granted to consumers under mandatory applicable laws.

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

Any dispute arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Luxembourg, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
